By Car
Follow signs for Ferry Port, then turn left onto The Quay just before the lifting bridge. Proceed to a roundabout and the Boat Haven will be on your right. Turn left at the roundabout for multi-storey car park, or straight on for the Quay Thistle Hotel.

By Train

From Poole station, walk through the underpass into Falkland Square then turn right down  the High Street pedestrian precinct. Turn left at crossroads into the Old Orchard. Proceed to The Quay and turn left for the Boat Haven and Quay Thistle Hotel.
